  Let me start by saying I'm the worst for writing this so late after the event. With that said, let me shout... CASSIE STEWART IS A ROCK STAR!!!!! This amazing woman went beyond to help me out in a desperate time of need. I was basically stuck at the gas station and my truck would not start. Thought it was the battery since I had the same issue recently right before this incident. She was so kind enough to leave work, come to my rescue, take my battery to bring to the store and charge, and then brought it back to me. The problem was not the battery but she stayed to help and another person came over and helped figure out the problem with her. They got it up and running and I was able to use my truck again. Thanks to Cassie I was able to get to work and get home safely to Texas. If you go to this store let her know how awesome she is!!! She definitely deserves a raise for all the above and beyond she did for me. I can't thank her enough!!

  Brandon took great care of me and got my new battery installed for a third of the price that the dealership tried to charge me! Really appreciate how helpful he was.

  Cassie was amazing!!! My boyfriend and I, our car was stuck in "limp mode" and couldn't get over 50 miles per hour. We were trying to head back home to Dallas. Cassie was more than willing to help us. She was patient with us and we could tell she truly cared. Spent over an hour with us out in the freezing cold trying to figure out the problem and she eventually got it. Thank you so much!!

  A great experience every time at this location, but especially today. Needed a new battery, and the entire process took 5 minutes from walking in the store to Brandon finishing the install. (The install took about one minute!) Speaking of Brandon, he was super helpful and efficient. Takes his job seriously and acts professionally.

  My favorite AutoZone. Referral from service advisor, Cassie, Paul and Shawn. Cassie is the manager, and helped me with finding the right headlight bulbs for my PHEV, tag bulbs, synthetic oil brand, weight and type for a high mileage vehicle, and high mileage oil treatment they didnt have in stock. I'm a veteran with TBI processing disability: she was very accommodating adjusting her listening and speaking style to help me understand abd kearn what i needed when I presented my questions. Bonus: she installed my headlight bulbs for free in under 5 minutes when the dealership wanted to charge $50 labor to replace one bulb. She was happy to go it and even wore fresh, black mechanic gloves so no oil from hands would get on the bulbs and burn them out prematurely. Cassie was amazing.
