I was extremely impressed by the experience at Audi OKC. I bought remote and had a LOT of questions/requests/asks as I could not be there in person to see/drive the car until purchase day. Shoutout to Drew Sequera who was professional, patient, and attentive during the many many contacts via text, video, FaceTime and calls. Being remote, I had a lot of conditions I had to meet and Drew stepped up each and every time, all the while delivering a great bargain and car. Can't remember the last time I had such a great sales advisor, thanks Drew!

I had such a great experience at this Audi dealership. Everyone was incredibly kind and consistently greeted me throughout my visit. Collyn, my salesperson, was very attentive and never made me feel rushed, even after I looked at multiple cars. I truly appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured at any point during the process. Madi, my finance advisor, was also super helpful, and made everything easy to understand. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Many people might find buying a pre-owned car from a dealer to be challenging as they might not like to deal with used car salesmen especially through internet. However, I would like to share my positive experience in dealing with Oklahoma City Audi through internet with the car to be shipped from OK to CT and the deal turned out to be quite satisfied.
I was interested in a 2025 BMW X1 (with 15k miles) posted by the above dealership. After detailed explorations, comparisons and fact-finding, I decided to proceed with an offer. The decision was based on multiple factors; firstly, the asking price seemed reasonable especially from a highly reviewed Audi dealership; secondly, unlike many other dealerships, the add-on costs to the asking price was minimal; thirdly, the shipping cost from OK to CT was reasonable; but most importantly, I was quite pleased with the salesman DREW SEQUERA who helped me. From our very initial conversation, I felt that he was quite down-to- earth, unlike a typical car salesman. I later found him to be quite transparent, dependable, efficient and helpful through out the process. When the vehicle arrived to CT, I was very happy to find it to be in top shape as Drew had indicated and a very fun car to drive, much more so than my current older X3. I highly recommend Drew.

After purchasing a brand new Q5 from this dealership, the check engine light came on within 48 hours. I reached out to the salesperson, who refused to return my calls, and then tried contacting the sales managers—again, with no response.
Finally, I was able to speak with the general manager, who suggested I take the vehicle to my local Audi dealership since I live over an hour away from the selling dealership. At my local dealership, they determined the issue was a computer problem specific to the Q5 and kept the vehicle for three days.
Four days after getting the car back, several warning lights came on again, and I had to return it to my local dealership. As of today, they have had the vehicle for five days. I have owned the car for only three weeks.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Bob Moore dealership without any success. Their follow-up and customer service after the sale have been extremely poor. My experience has been very negative, and I am concerned that my vehicle may not be the first one they have had returned with issues.

This is a 5* review for Alexa and the entire service department. I had an Audi update completed on my SQ8 on February 2nd. Alexa is the best service manager that I have ever worked with. She is very professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. She scheduled the update to meet my schedule. When I arrived, one of the service guys met me at the car and escorted me to Alexa's desk. She had the paperwork and loaner car ready. She has managed all my service calls. During this call, I asked to have a small dent removed and it was done quickly while completing the recall. The car was clean and washed when I returned. The service department always has completed the work on time. Alexa keeps me informed of the work progress. Having Alexa as the service manager and the excellent service department is the MAIN reason I will continue to own Audi cars.
