    This is Caspian Auto Sales. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with your accounting department. We returned a part($92.00) to Advance Auto Parts, but after some time, we were incorrectly billed for it. The account was then turned over to a collection agency. After speaking with the collection agency, we paid the balance for the part that was misplaced. Despite this, we continued to receive collection calls. I explained that the balance had already been paid and that we should not still be getting contacted. This is very embarrassing for the Advance Auto Parts. It’s one thing to make a mistake and misplace a returned part, but it’s another to continue calling a customer for payment after the issue has already been resolved—especially when the mistake was not ours to begin with.

    Always been an oriellys customer but came in here for a part I couldn't get my hands on and they had it also noticed quite a few of the things I normally get were cheaper here

    I brought in a alternator that I purchased back in 2017 as a one time exchange for a nother alternator. The person who helped me was the manager he brought me a alternator took it out of the box. It was not the same brand on the box but I didn't think much of it then I took it home and it was not working. So I brought it back and they didn't have one so I was sent to another store. And I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for it but they called back to the store and the lady lied. And said that I would have to pay. Well the employee at the store on expressway Anne Rockwell told me to take my receipt back to the store on Northwest 39th and meridian and I would get my money back. So I went up there and the manager was very rude and told me he wasn't going to give me my money back even though he was the one who gave me a bad alternator and didn't run a test on the one he gave me then accused me of not bringing the right alternator back when I brought back the one he gave me and I have a witness. My best friend saw him hand me that alternator that was bad. This is a bad look for the company someone needs to have a talk with this manager. Because he was in the wrong and he doesn't want to admit it. But I do want to say thanks to the advance auto parts store on Northwest expressway and Rockwell they help me out a bunch even though I still had to pay for it.

    They had the DieHard EV battery my Prius needed, even before I knew this particular battery would be the best to have…. and this was after hours of prior research. Christian, the very friendly woman of color behind the counter was uniquely helpful in giving me a deep discount and bringing it to my car. Highly recommend.
