- MNmike novotnyApr 12, 20261.0Not real pleased with the service I got here. We bought a new truck about a year ago to improve our towing with our camper. Went in and set up an appointment to bring the new truck and camper in and have them set up the equalizer hitch for the new truck. Not only was the tech that did the job a complete jerk about it, but he seemed “put off” that I was even there offering to pay them money to have them do work for me. To make a long story short. My hitch is set up so poorly now and is so dangerous to put on that I don’t even like camping now because of the stress with that hitch. Its awful. He did the quickest and laziest set up job he could just to get me out the door. Bad news is for this camping world location on Anderson road. It’s the closest RV dealership to me. I’m kind of in the market to trade in our 5 year old camper for a newer one. But I won’t be buying it from any camping world locations after the way that tech treated me and my pickup/camper. I drove to Louisiana to buy my last camper, I can do it again. Jerks. EDIT: 4/16/26 NOTICE, in their official response Camping World never offers to correct what they screwed up or offer a refund for the services they provided that were subpar. This should tell you everything you need to know about Camping World. Corporate Greed at it's finest.

Fermin was very polite and patient with all our questions regarding the trailer over the phone and held the unit till we could see in person. Meet with Aaron and Fermin to walk through the trailer. They were very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They addressed our concerns and made this a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used trailers.
