  Our brakes blew on the interstate and Cory and his team made sure we got to their place safely. When they discovered we needed to stay overnight , Cory paid for a Lyft ride to our hotel. The next day our car was ready to go by noon so we could finish our trip home to northern Wisconsin. This is a great place!!!

  I showed up early for a 5pm Friday appointment and the lobby was packed. I figured I would be there forever but they got me out in 25 minutes flat. Oil changed, fluids topped off, and a great price. These guys are fast and professional.

  Cory was amazing very pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and clearly showed me everything that was going on with my vehicle. He got my front and rear brakes fixed quickly, and the service was truly outstanding. The prices were great as well. I highly recommend stopping by this is definitely a great place to go for service!

  This new business opened up so I called to ask how much an oil change cost, gave my car details and the guy quoted me the synthetic oil price. I asked how much for conventional and he told me my car doesn't take conventional oil... I am looking at my owners manual right now and the turbo version of my car requires synthetic, but mine is conventional! The guy was wrong (which is fine, everyone makes mistakes sometimes) and when I asked him the price for synthetic, he had a bad attitude and acted offended that I would even ask again. I wasn't paying attention to the synthetic price because that's not what I needed! I recommend researching who owns the company you want to use for your oil change and choose one, unlike Brakes Plus, that is not owned by private equity investors like Baypine, TSG, and Golden Gate Capital.
