  Got my oil changed on 2 cars. Very polite staff, and the prices are very reasonable. They said my alignment was a bit off, but also showed me a visual that it was off. Also got that fixed at a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back.

  I had a really good experience thanks to Malyke. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely looking out for my safety. I didn’t have all the funds on me, and he even took the time to drive me to the bank so I could take care of it, which I truly appreciated. He explained everything clearly about my brakes and made sure I understood the risks of driving without getting them fixed. I never felt rushed or disrespected, just supported and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile like that. Thank you, Malyke, for your kindness and professionalism!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Brakes Plus has been my go-to for oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience. The service is always quick, professional, and consistent. What really makes this location stand out is the people. Store manager Nick, Pamela, and the rest of the team go above and beyond. Anytime I’ve had a concern about my vehicle, they have taken it seriously, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. There is no pressure, no upselling, just honest, reliable service. It is hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I would go back every time I need my car serviced, no question.

  Malyke was absolutely amazing! Even though he was super busy he listened to what I had going on (oil leak) and inspected my vehicle for me right then and there immediately and was able to help me understand what is possibly going on with my vehicle! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. He was a great help today and I will definitely return without hesitation. This is honestly the best place to come to for vehicle repairs and great customer service.
