  Parts service should do better at knowing their inventory and not waste customer time . Called to make sure a part was in store to pick up . They confirmed they had the part in stock. When I arrived I’m told no part is available??? Had to drive with a bad Baterry to find out you guys don’t have the battery I called to made sure was the before me going there . Bad customer service .

  I was deep diving online to find out more information on some problems with my VW. I found this dealership on TikTok, and through the comment section was able to realize they were the right people to ask! My home dealership really let me down, but after 10 minutes on the phone between reception and service, I wish I lived closer. Not only were my questioned answered, but I was provided compassion and understanding with something that I had previously felt silly about. Thank you folks- if I lived closer you would have my lifetime business. 100 out of 5 stars!!

  I bought my 1st car with them a while back, skeptical as I had had a horrible experience with a Bob Moore dealership years prior. However they had what I wanted at an unbeatable price so I gave it a shot. THIS dealership hands down won me back!! I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from them and couldn't be happier! The sale department delivered both times on the vehicle I wanted. Finance took care of all my needs! (Shout-out to Ja'Miah Burnett) and this last sale rep really did a great job! Ty Haiden Smith! Ty too to Anthony Morales for going to work on this early that morning and having EXACTLY what I asked for brother time I got there. The warranties and packages they offer are totally worth it. Overall I am compiling set from end to end for years to come. THIS dealership is basically family now!!! Thanks guys and gals!!!

  Had the BEST car shopping experience EVER! Haiden at Bob Moore VW was great and made the entire process a pleasure. From explaining, teaching, and demonstrating everything we needed to know about our new Tiguan. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived and tell we drove off their lot in our new VW. Highly recommend them.

  Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I started out at the Volkswagen dealership on 39th St. in Oklahoma City, and left because they were not willing to negotiate at all. I came to Bob Moore and it was a night and day difference, I was in and out fairly quickly. They gave me an excellent deal and top dollar for my trade-in. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Salesman was Brendan sales associate was Aaron in the finance guy was Ja’Miah, all did a great job
