  Kenneth was so amazing and caring! He helped out so much getting exactly what I wanted, he was super helpful and supportive and always made sure we knew was was happening! Dylan, who helped with the paperwork process was also so amazing with helping. 10/10 experience and will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!!

  As far as buying the car it went great! There was no pressure and the numbers all lined up right in finance with no surprises. Kenneth and Caiden were awesome salesman! 5 stars for them. We purchased the car and left it there over night because it was late and they had to get it ready. When we left that night there was 27 miles on it. When we went the next day to pick it up there was 47 miles on it. Not sure what that was about. Did they go on test drives with a car that was already sold? Who knows. Another thing was that after the purchase we went to pick up the car and it didn't have all the all weather mats in the trunk that it came with. Not sure how those got taken out of the car since we did purchase the all weather package. Maybe in detail? Could have been an honest mistake but definitely didnt look good and im glad I caught it before we drove off. Oh and they didn't fill the car up all the way. It was only 80% full. Wondering if they let people test drive the car 20+ miles after we already purchased it. All in all i give them a 3 out of 5 stars and definitely give Kenneth 5 stars! It was so close to being a 5 stars but they really messed up after the purchase. Just dont leave the car there after you purchase it for them to get it ready or it will have 2 times as many miles as you bought it with and the gas will be used up by the time you get back 😆. Thank you Bob Moore for the nice new car.

  We just bought our second used vehicle from Bob Moore Mazda. Dale was our salesman this time. The car as priced fairly, had an accurate Carfax available on the website, Dale was casual and low pressure. Accommodating and sincere, and the finance guy was upbeat and funny and helped the part I hate actually be a really positive visit. No car is perfect, but this whole deal felt fair and honest.

  They allow you to schedule service appointments on days they’re closed. Is that a computer system issue beyond the control of this specific dealership? Probably, but I received no communication after I booked the service to let me know they would be closed. I showed up to find the gates locked. No answer when I tried to call. The other dealerships around them were all open.
