  Bought a truck from them in December. Got a very fair price and happy with the truck but not with the after the sell support. Lots of unanswered calls and texts to them regarding refunds for shipping. Ended up having to dispute charges with my credit card because they never sent the refund or responded to my inquiries. Would not purchase from them again.

  Ernesto and Jeremiah truly went above and beyond for me. From start to finish, they did everything they could to help me drive away in my dream car! The customer service was amazing—they made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and took so much of the stress out of making such a big purchase. They were incredibly honest and transparent, and made sure I fully understood every step of the process without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. They answered all of my questions, no matter how small, and were so patient the entire time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and truly care about their customers having a great experience. I left feeling confident, excited, and really taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough—seriously the best of the best!

  I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from Bob Moore Ford in South OKC. This was the easiest and most professional car purchase I have had. My salesperson was a great "people person" and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. All the persons I interacted with during this purchase were very friendly. This was a great experience.

  I purchased a 2026 Ford Mustang last night. When I pulled into the dealership, Ian Gapp (service dept) happened to be walking near the car I was looking at. He was so kind and friendly. His genuine demeanor immediately made me feel welcomed without pressure. Thank you Ian! Kyle Duffey was the sales rep, who was patient, kind, and professional. He follows through on his promises, and was one of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. Thank you Kyle! Then John Crosby joined the fun. He was respectful, and really good at what he does. It's never fun to negotiate "deals" at a dealership, but he was patient with me and noticeably willing to find common ground. Thank you John! Lastly, I worked with Mike Riebe in finance. Unlike some finance peeps, Mike wasn't pushy. He was calm and knowledgeable/very helpful. Thank you Mike! I appreciated working with each of you!

  Recently purchased a new Bronco Sport Big Bend edition from Bob Moore Ford. I have purchased 5 vehicles over the course of 10 years and Kyle Christian has been my salesman. Very good experiences with the whole team, but especially with Kyle and the financial department ( Matt in particular). The service department is organized and dependable. I am extremely happy with the way Bob Moore Ford has dealt with my family and I. Kyle is a unique salesman and friend that goes above and beyond.
