We bought a used Camry today from Kevin ( KB ).
Great experience from the beginning. KB sent us videos like we asked. The gentlemen in back Faraz helped us through purchasing without having to come to the dealership.
I would recommend this group if you want a no nonsense purchase.

I want to acknowledge the excellent job that my salesman Gary Williams did last week. I bought a Grand Cherokee on April 2. I had shopped for vehicles at a variety of dealerships since mid February and I met a lot of sales people, some really good and some not so good. Gary was the best of all of everyone that I did business with and I have to say, I'm 67 years old and have bought several new cars in my life and have not met a salesman who was as familiar with his vehicles as he was with the vehicle I bought. He was courteous and eager to demonstrate all facets of operation. He introduced me to service staff who also seemed eager to please. So, thank you Gary for helping me with this purchase.

Service Scheduling: Called to make a service appointment. I specifically asked the scheduling person (Jordon) if they would diagnose my vehicle at the time of my appointment. They confirmed this so I made transportation arrangements, adjusted my personal schedule, and drove 30 minutes to the shop. When I got there, they told me it would be 48-72 hours before they would diagnose my vehicle. In other words, my vehicle would sit there for 2-3 days before even being looked at. So I was either deliberately lied to at the time of scheduling, or the scheduling department and the actual shop are not communicating. Either way, this is a very inefficient system that does nothing but frustrate customers. I took my vehicle elsewhere.

I had bought my Ram truck from Bob Moore on Feb 14th 2015, this past weekend I traded it in. It had been the best vehicle I ever owned. It was still an awesome truck. I traded it in on a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with the Altitude X package 4x4 This experience wouldn't have happened without Ron Morain. Ron tells it like it is and works to help you to get the best deal you can get. This is my 3rd vehicle to purchase from Bob Moore and all at this location. I definitely recommend that you talk to Ron Morain at Bob Moore because he will do what it takes to help you get a great deal. This was a great car shopping experience thanks to Ron. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and in many cases it doesn't go smoothly, this went as smooth as it possibly could. Do yourself a favor if your looking for an all around good experience with a vehicle purchase, don't waste your time at some of these other dealerships. Bob Moore as the best prices and a great selection and great people that know their vehicles and know how to treat the customers. Thank you Ron Morain for all of your help. I'll miss that Ram it was an awesome ride but I'm already getting used to this Jeep!

First off, my salesman was great. It's the managers I have an issue with. When purchasing my Buick Enclave, the salesman was showing us the powered lift gate when it shut on him suddenly. Weird, someone must have hit a button. Liked the car, went through the process to buy it. I had already gotten financing, but allowed them to try to find me a better deal.
Long story short, with a trade in I ended up getting a loan for more than a thousand dollars over the agreed upon price, at a rate higher than I financed on my own. That's partially my fault. We had started the financing part around 11am, and we made it known we had to be gone before 1pm. We got into our new used car at almost exactly 1pm.
The fun part is that we discovered the lift gate will activate on its own, even while driving. I contacted our salesman, who tried to help us out, which I guess is an issue at this location. The first trip (2hr drive for me) to the dealer was frustrating but understandable. Our dealership said to come in and get it fixed (awesome) so I take off work and go down there. They had to send us next door to actually get service... Which only had oil techs on. So we returned home. We discovered that if we kill power to the lift gate (as in making it totally non functional even manually) then it would stay latched. Annoying but that let us have a bit of time before we had to go back.
I took off work again and drive down to the dealer. This time everything seems to go okay until they try to get a loaner vehicle for me to use. We got there at 0904hrs. At around 1000 I went to check on if we were going to get a loaner vehicle. My salesman told me that I was going to be charged for the loaner vehicle. I stated that I should not be charged for the vehicle when the defect was known on the lot and not disclosed. I told him I firmly believe it's a safety hazard since the door opened on its own twice on the highway. He said he would go talk to a manager. He came back and said that he had to go outside and work, but that he asked a manager to come speak with me.
After waiting an hour to speak with a manger I can LITERALLY SEE sitting in the bullpen, my salesman came back in. He asked if I had been spoken to and I said no. He went to speak to the service manager on my behalf. While waiting, a nice female employee must have seen my frustration because she asked if she could help me. I ask her if I could speak with one of the managers there. She leaves and goes to the bullpen. She speaks to the manager then comes back and tells me there are no managers there.
At this point I have no raised my voice, said anything at all negative. I appreciate that my salesman is the only person in the building that cares if one of my kids falls out of the back of the Buick. I end up being told that they would give me a $5 discount on the loaner car, but that's it. They wouldn't even answer if I was paying for the repairs or if they were. With my options exhausted I left. I did say as I left (somewhat loudly) that my salesman was great but the managers there are an issue and that it's bullshit that I can literally see them and they won't even come talk to me. Without saying anything else... We left.
Turns out the door had gotten moisture in a sensor which my mechanic at home said he can fix. I'm going to be out hundreds of dollars, 2 days of work, and 2 tanks of gas because this store won't fix an issue they knew about.
Would buy another car from my salesman, but never as long as he works here.
*Edit in response to their response*
There was no working with. My salesman was the ONLY person who cared. I was never contacted by anyone other than him, even when I sought out managers. This companies response is ill informed at best or a lie at worst.
