    Went in for an issue with the starter. It clearly wasn’t starting correctly. Not intermittently but every time. They diagnosed a leak and shocks needed replacing. Gave a quote without addressing the primary concern with the starter except that the technician said it was fine. We had to inform them that they had already replaced the shocks and after checking their records they confirmed and said the parts were under warranty so it would just be the cost of labor. We agreed to repairs. After getting car back the starter issue was still very noticeable. A few weeks later I pulled the starter myself and found it completely distressed with melted components causing my issues. I replaced with a new starter and haven’t had a problem with it since. Service dept did not diagnose my concerning issue and instead found two unrelated repairs. They also had to be informed that my shocks had already been replaced by them instead of seeing that in their own records. Very disappointing service and resulted in me having to repair it myself. This after a $200 diagnostics fee. What a scam.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Mr. Hayden Njoo, at Bob Moore Cadillac! He was incredibly helpful in walking me through all the new technology and features of my car — he really took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. What stood out even more was how kind and respectful he was with my kids. He was patient, engaging, and made the WHOLE experience enjoyable for ALL of us. His communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, responsive, and professional! Truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Hayden if you go there!

    Bob Moore Cadillac is awesome! Bought my H3 back in 2006 and returned for an XT5 in March. Jonette Bauer is personable, professional and a book of knowledge. Once again, they delivered an outstanding experience. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and well-organized from start to finish. What continues to stand out is how easy they make everything... no pressure, clear communication, and a very streamlined process. The team is consistently professional, responsive, and respectful of our time, which we truly appreciate.     I completely understand this is a car sales business and vehicles can sell at any time — that is not my issue. My issue is the complete lack of communication and respect for my time as a ready buyer. I spent the entire day actively trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I called multiple times, sent multiple messages, and even asked if I needed to work with a different salesperson just to move the process forward. I had already secured financing through my bank, confirmed everything on my end, updated my insurance, and provided all borrower information. I was fully prepared to purchase immediately and was simply waiting on the dealership to finalize and confirm. Instead, I was left waiting for hours with little to no response. I was eventually told to come in before another scheduled appointment, which I was actively preparing to do. While I was on my way to finalize the purchase, I received a call that the vehicle had been sold to another buyer — a deal that had apparently already been in progress, but was never disclosed to me at any point throughout the day. Taking a customer’s personal information (“go ahead & text Karlee all borrows information! We actively work with your bank. It will be quick & smooth! So just text it to her now & we will see you here!” having them line up financing, insurance, and rearrange their entire day — all while failing to communicate that another deal was already in motion — is extremely unprofessional. This was not about losing the vehicle. It was about how poorly the process was handled and how little regard was shown for a serious buyer who was ready to complete the purchase. I would strongly encourage management to review their internal communication and sales process, because this was a complete breakdown from start to finish. Even after sharing my attempts to reach a salesperson all day long to finalize & get the car picked up… multiple calls with no call backs. Multiple texts asking if it would be better to contact another sales person since you’re so busy & can’t finalize this with me to be able to pick up the car quicker!” No respect. Manager actually told me “you’re not even the borrower, your husband is!” To degrade & disrespect me (my husband had everything completed on our side already but was waiting for me to tell him the dealership is ready & I’m picking up the car now & he would meet immediately when they were ready for us….) I really cannot fathom how bad & manipulative Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, OK could really be & still try & justify by being degrading & lying to get themselves out of situations their own sales people put them in the first place. I will never buy another vehicle from them.
