  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone in South OKC thanks to Jeffrey Wright. My wife’s car has been down for about a week now, and this was my third trip in trying to get everything figured out. Each time I walked in, I was greeted with great service, but Jeffrey truly went above and beyond. He didn’t just sell me parts—he took the time to explain what I was looking at, how it worked, and made sure the fix would work before leaving the store. As someone trying to troubleshoot and fix things myself, that kind of guidance makes a huge difference. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me get it right. You can tell he cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. Big thanks to Jeffrey for going the extra mile.

  My husband ans recently moved to this area, when he decided to do some maintenance to his 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. We aren’t sure if the staff at this location seriously lacks the knowledge needed to not only efficiently but effectively help customers with their parts needs. Or if they thought it was funny to frustrate customers over and over!!?! Your employees had us running back and forth to your more times than I can count. The frustration is unreal when you go in to a store KNOWING what part you need only to have one of your staff argue with us and convince us that WE are wrong. Only to have to come back with the wrong part he pushed us to buy and get the one We asked for in the beginnibg! Like selling us 2 sets of back breaks instead of the front AND rear setss we asked for!! My husband spent well over $2 grand in less than a week in your store only to have your staff make yet another mistake , we brought a unneeded part back not expecting cash but for it to credited back to our debit card . But your guy said that he had accidentally given our refund to another customer in cash so the best he could offer us was a gift card that we had to spend at your store!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!
