  3/24/26 I had such a fantastic experience with Brandon at AutoZone a few days ago! I went in with a broken trunk that was causing me a lot of stress. Brandon went absolutely above and beyond to help me. Instead of just pointing me to parts, he came out to the car, took the time to figure out the issue, and helped me fix it on the spot! It’s rare to find such caring and knowledgeable customer service. Brandon is a huge asset to this team, and I won't go to any other auto shop. Thank you for turning my day around! 3/27/26 Huge shoutout to Shawn! I stopped in because my tag light was out and I had no idea how to fix it. Shawn was incredibly nice and professional. Instead of just pointing me to the bulbs, he came outside and helped me install it right there in the parking lot. It was such a quick and easy experience. I really appreciate the above-and-beyond customer service. Because of Shawn and Brandon I'm definitely a customer for life at this location!

  OK, I was there on Friday, March 27 at 5:30 PM 2026 and was helped by Tony, I’m assuming he is the manager or maybe a regional guy that happened to be there regardless he clearly knew what he was doing. He was professional and patient. . I just want to tell you he went above and beyond anything I expected on something that wasn’t even his issue or AutoZone’s issue. I believe he even stayed past his shift to help resolve my issue. This is exactly the kind of employee I would be thrilled to have representing my company, AutoZone or any company.   Blew a flat out front and a ran in here to see if anyone knew who could help me change my tire. Young girl, first time, frazzled as all can be. I didn’t expect them to offer to help but also asked if they knew any resources or had any advice since I had all the required tools just wasn’t taught. They looked at me like I had two heads and said I could use their phone if I knew the number to a tow but to have a good day if not. Disappointed in that kind of customer service. Other auto zones have always shown more compassion for smaller issues.
