I'm tired of being told I need new lamps for my license plate or today they added that my battery shows bad on their tester app. Dot right in the red block on the right. Funny thing is the report/receipt shows "12 Volt Battery Checked OK". Hmmm. Went next door to AutoZone to have them check my 8 month old battery. Checked just fine.
- TSTimothy SwartzApr 2, 20263.0I have been coming here for several years with multiple vehicles and have not had a problem until today. Delbert was the employee working with Customers today and he did not perform, or instruct the technicians to perform several maintenance checks throughout my visit, yet marked them completed. The three main things that did not get done were an air filter inspection, tire pressure check, and oil change reminder reset. These are all basic checks that are done every time I have visited this, or any other VIOC location. Delbert is also extremely difficult to understand when he speaks. I was also handed the keyboard for the store's computer and instructed to enter my own information by Delbert instead of an employee entering it on their company computer. If I return to this location and Delbert is on duty, I will take my business elsewhere that day.
