  Very friendly. They had my vehicle ready upon my arrival. All of the locations work well with each other. Communication lacked a bit via the phone but texts and emails were spot on. Very grateful for the Wichita location for sending my vehicle down to Norman and saving me the hassle of renting a vehicle and making the driving up there to retrieve my vehicle.

  Finished my car three days early, and were absolutely fantastic to do business with. Hopefully my car won't require any more work in the near future, but if I do, I'll be sure to bring it back here. They even mixed me up some touch up paint for free so I could do a little detail work on my own. Don't let some other place pull one over on you, head here! Oh! And they've got s great new building with a very comfortable waiting room. Free coffee! UPDATE: 8/3/2016 - Just when I thought I was done saying good things about this place, they went and did it again. There was a small problem with the work done on my car, and instead of giving me grief about the cost or going through insurance again, they ordered the part that day, and said to just come in when I had time. I didn't even need an appointment... They had me in and out in less than an hour! UPDATE: 7/12/2018 - They're batting 100. Took my car back for another small fix (unrelated to the fix a few years ago), and had the same professional experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone bring their car to Collision Works for anything that falls under their umbrella. I cannot say I've ever had a more pleasant experience with a business as I've had with them. And to top it all off, my final cost was less than the initial estimate!!
