Terrible experience with the service department. My check engine light came on about 2 days prior to bringing it to the dealership. I had it read at Autozone and stated EVAP malfunction and I was leaking oil. I have a 2021 Tiguan and figured I would take it to the dealership to have it looked at. I was told it would be $175 for the diagnostic fee. About 2 hours later I received a text about needing a new oil pan/PVC for $1800 I was hesitant with going forward because something didn’t feel right but, I said sure let’s fix it now. A hour before picking it up I was told that when the technician was test driving the car the fuel pump was showing an error code/check engine light coming back on. Mind you I had no problems with my fuel pump prior to taking it in and coincidently had malfunctioning issues while VW was in possession of it. They suggested I replace the fuel pump. I asked is it the actual pump or a fuse or circuit causing the fuel gage to read incorrectly. I was told it’s impossible to know. I left the dealership and took my car to autozone to see why the check engine light was still on and an error code for circuit a for the fuel pump. The technician at VW was suggesting to replace the whole fuel pump for an additional $400. I left the dealership today with more problems than when I entered. I will not be returning. I am a 33 year old woman so take that information as you will.

I was quoted $700 for new break pads and rotors that were “metal on metal” for all 4 tires. Luckily, my husband is handy and was able to purchase all the parts to do everything himself. Once we took a look, the only things that needed replaced were the rear break pads that cost us less than $100. They tried to take advantage of the situation and of me and it is absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning.

I had a great experience! I am usually very nervous when it comes to dealing with my car because I don’t know a lot information on the maintenance side of things. However, Keith was my service advisor and he was very kind and extremely helpful with me getting my oil change! I am definitely going to be coming back! :)

They’re always so helpful! Got my tire patched and levels topped off in no time. I always trust them with my vehicle. Kelvin was a big help and made sure I got my car back when I needed it most.

Buyers beware… this company with go back on promises that they make when they sell you a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from this dealer and it has some known problems that the dealer promised to have fixed. They fixed 1/3 of the problems with the other two problems being outsourced to the manufacturer of the vehicle. I was told by Caz and Ish that I would be refunded for the work completed if I submitted the receipt. I did this in late June and was told it would take two weeks to receive the refund which is around $430. I have still not received the refund and it is now late October… I have been contacting Ish and Caz with only excuses and finger pointing being made on why they can’t get me the refund. I will never buy from here again.
