He said he would do whatever he could to help reach a resolution. When I called back he listened attentively and I was extremely satisfied with the solution. He said to call him back if I had any problems in the future!!

A replacement engine shouldn’t do that. Worst experience ever and I feel like money down the drain. I will never buy another Volkswagen or recommend anyone to go to this dealership.

I came in expecting basic professionalism and respect, but the salesperson, Dakota, handled things in an inappropriate and dismissive way. He doesn't know how to handle the customers clearly. The manager was equally rude and uninterested in addressing the problem. Customer service matters, and this dealership fell far below expectations. If you value respectful customer service, I suggest going elsewhere. I won’t be returning!
- SRShelly ReasonJan 21, 20261.0I came in just yesterday and I was very specific about what I wanted. I gave them a paper of everything I replaced, as well as, exactly what I needed done. I left my car overnight and then the next day they told me that the reason my car wasn’t working was because of a part that I just had replaced. I told them that it was definitely not that and before the part was replaced the same thing was happening. What they wanted to do would have been 1,400 dollars. ( for a throttle body) I said instead could they just do what I had told them to do initially. ( I needed adaptions done, and live data checked). They said that until I had them “fix” my throttle body they absolutely wouldn’t. I’m going to have to pay them $180 when I go to pick it up, for them to tell me nothing of use and to ultimately do no work. Very disappointing. Also, had the worst service ever, (and I work in customer service so this is saying a lot), from Keith.
