    Made a reservation late lady on the phone said they would have a vehicle for me. Asked her twice and she confirmed twice they would have a vehicle for me. Get there and am told they would need 24 to 48 hours to get a vehicle.

    Another rental company failed to meet our reservation last minute due to an issue on their side. Once we explained the situation to Shawana she did everything she could and got us into the exact vehicle that we needed. Thanks so much! We will be back and are already looking forward to it!     My kids tried to rent a car here, but when the day came they said they couldn't rent a car with a out of state license, which makes no sence, since most people who rent cars are from out of state, then they told them they needed a credit card to do so, so I called to set it all up with my card, well the rude Employee Cole I think his name was told me that the card had to be in my kids name, now I have done this many times before with the kids so I know he's wrong, but when I asked to talk to his manager he hung up, he did this 3 times, needless to say we went somewhere else and had no issues. Horrible service.

    Car reeked of cigars, honked randomly while driving and idling, and complains of low tire pressure and high tire pressure (82 psi) all the time. (1 Star) EDIT: They were very nice to me and did not try to overcharge. (5 Stars)
