  they were quick with it, all staff was kind and helpful. most definitely ran by good and honest people. Came for all four brakes, informed me i only really needed one axle done, was willing to show me the issue at hand. be nice if yall come up here😛

  So sweet! Kim, Emily, and Josh were so helpful and got my car all fixed. My dad usually does all my car stuff but I’m in college and my car coolant was leaking and my engine was overheating because of it so he called around and found this place for me to take my car to. They’ve only been open for a few months but they are so sweet and nice. There was another lady who seemed pretty upset about her car and Kim offered to show her step by step the different parts of her car so she cud properly understand which was rlly kind. I went to a different place to try and get coolant the week before I went to brakes plus Norman and they were so mean!!! I don’t know much about cars at all which might have been why but I was so happy that these ppl here was so informative and helpful. Definitely come here with your car issues bc I felt so helped here! Thanks guys 🙏

  Few weeks back I went to Norman Toyota to change my pads and service rotors. Week later I developed issue where my car would shake after de accelerating from 40-50mph to 0mph. When I called Toyota they told me it’ll cost me $160 to take a look at the issue that I didn’t have until they’ve messed with my rotors and pads. Anyways, when I called Brake Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that it’ll be $0 fee for checking on brakes. When I arrived, one of the stuff members took my vehicle for a ride to replicate vibration issue. When he came back, the lady working at the front desk walk me through and explained exactly where the issue was (Norman Toyota rushed it and didn’t shave rotor properly), and told me to take it back to the dealership and make them fix their mistake. Really happy with the service and definitely will use Brake Plus in the future, instead of dealer.
