  My mazda was making an awful noise. Kim calmed me down and got my car in quickly. She reassured me that it will get fixed right away. It was just the belt. She is very understanding and listened to me vent. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

  Absolutely phenomenal service. Got new brake pads, rotors, and a brake fluid flush at a fantastic price. I liked how they took me into the garage to show me the rotors so I could see how much life they had left. The GM Kim, the Service Advisor Emily, and the Technician Nicholas were all great.

  Honest business. I scheduled a brake inspection this week after a Jiffy Lube mechanic informed me that my rear brake pads were down to 4 mm and strongly advised $350 pad and rotor replacement. Thankfully, I had the time and forethought to get a second opinion. The Brakes Plus mechanic found my front and rear breaks in perfect shape (sed picture), providing full report for free. No replacement advised for a long time. Thank you, Anthony, you for saving me $350 in absolutely unneeded services. Next time I actually need brakes, you know where I am coming!

  My personal with Brakes Plus of Norman was a big waste of time and a bit concerning. I made an appointment to get my daughter’s BMW X3 a Brake Fluid Flush at 4:00pm today. I arrived on time and checked in, there was two other customers in the waiting as well. I was there for about thirty minutes when another customer that had dropped his Chevy traverse off came in to pick it up. I don’t know what service he got but a tire rotation was supposed to be part of it. He asked if they rotated the tires to which the service rep said “yes” and the customer replied “no I don’t think so” and the rep said “well the mechanic checked off that he did”. The customer replied back that the two new tires were still on the back so he knew it didn’t happen, the rep says “in my defense I wasn’t here when you dropped it off” and goes out to talk to the mechanic. He told he would go get it done right now. Kim walks in and the customer reminds her to have them reprogram the systems tire gauge as well, to which she says they can’t do that. The customer seemed pretty frustrated, went and stood outside for a few minutes and then got into his car and left without the rotation service from what I could tell. It all seemed very shady on Brake Plus part. While this is occurring I look over and realize my car hasn’t even been brought into the bay at all and I have now sat there full hour. It’s pretty frustrating to make a appointment, be on time and the car hasn’t even been looked at after a hour. However honestly I was happy to ask for my keys and go because given that customers experience and it being questionable that the services were not performed but stated they were, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting a brake fluid flush would have been done accurately or at all 45mins prior to close. Use with caution and look for proof the service has been done!
