  Great people. I was having a hard day and these people really helped me out so much. I can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate Grayson and Josh. Josh was very transparent about my situation and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you both so very much!

  The woman was passive aggressive and I found much wrong with the car, especially the engine air filter, when I took my car for an inspection and they said everything was fine. (The filter was just one thing— which wasn’t fine at all, it was very old and another mechanic was surprised it was still working.) It was free of charge which wasn’t really a good sign to me because they also said they topped off my fluid, but when i checked it looked the exact same. We believe they didn’t do anything because they were close to closing, but even then they still had multiple people in there with us. I don’t think they should be trusted. I recommend the May Ave location, just got a brake fluid flush and an oil change and they are very honest and communicative.

  The staff were extraordinarily helpful and patient. Kimberly, the manager, ensured that my brakes were finished before close when it was tight, waited while I called my parents for help with the cost (not because it was expensive, but because my student loans had run dry at the time) and allowed me to split the check. The tech working on the brakes didn’t complain, and both were friendly enough to make casual conversation with me as I checked out and left. That’s about all I can ask for!

  If you find yourself stressed by the average car repair experience, definitely come here because it is easy peasy and they’re so great! We called 2/23 and were able to get an appointment immediately, but had to schedule on 2/25. Very easy to reach the store and schedule services. Many thanks to Kimberly in the office and techs Steffan and Jeffrey. Car repairs are very stressful, but everyone here made a terrible situation stress free with their kindness and skill :) thanks for taking such good care of my family’s car!

  I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus in Norman thanks to Service Advisors Kim and Emily. Their customer service was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping rather than upselling. Kim walked me through the evaluation of my brakes and personally showed me that my brake pads were still in excellent condition. She could have easily recommended replacement, but instead she was completely transparent and let me know I didn’t need any work done. The best part? There was no charge for the inspection. I will absolutely be returning to Brakes Plus in Norman whenever I need service in the future. Highly recommend!
