  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge thank you to Josh and his crew for going above and beyond with my Cadillac SRX. He took the time to help me, treated me with kindness.That kind of integrity and customer service is rare. I will not be going anywhere else but this location. This location provided excellent service and handled my situation with professionalism from start to finish. They corrected an issue from another shop promptly and ensured everything was taken care of properly. I appreciate the level of care and would recommend this shop without hesitation.

  My first time at a Brakes Plus and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service was friendly and I was given straightforward information regarding my vehicle. The price was right and I will go out of my way to come back here for all my vehicle service needs. Shout-out to Grayson for his world class customer service!

  My visit today at Brakes Plus was a great experience. I easily scheduled an appointment online to be seen same day, my car was serviced right on time, and the oil change was completed in 40 minutes. There was also a 50% off an oil change promotion that I wasn't even aware of! Grayson is very kind and communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. I will be using this location for future work done on my vehicle.

  I had a good experience here at Brakes Plus. Friendly service and very knowlegable about services providing . They go above and beyond to help and makes sure u understand what services you are needing. I would recommend Brakes a plus on Classen Blvd to anyone that maybe looking for Brakes service or oil changes, they really do care about their customers. Thanks Brakes Plus.

  FIVE STAR SERVICE!! My college daughter needed new brakes on her car. She goes to college out of town and decided to surprise us by coming home yesterday for the weekend. I called the dealership to get new brakes put on her car and they said they had no availability this weekend. That’s when my husband and I decided to try out Brakes Plus off Classen. I filled out their reservation form on their website and today we came in at our reserved time and they were ready for us! It was great. We told the folks that the brakes needed to be replaced. We also mentioned another problem we noticed and they said they’d look at it too. They asked when we needed the car back and we told them we needed it today because our daughter drives back to school tomorrow morning. We spoke to the manager, Josh, and he said that wasn’t a problem. And he was right!!! Not only did he give us a free, fast estimate, the folks at brakes plus fixed the brakes, fixed our CV joints, recognized that the balance that we had done a month ago at the dealership was bad and fixed that with no charge for us, and got our car finished by 4p (we dropped it off at 9a). Brakes Plus was honest, communicative, friendly, EXTREMELY BUDGET FRIENDLY, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. They’ve really earned our trust and I’ll gladly go back in the future and share my family’s experience with everyone. We knew nothing about Brakes Plus before we went and that was scary. However, we came out on top! Thanks to Josh and the whole Crew!
