Joe in finance made the buying process super easy! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that the car could have been detailed a lot better. Other than that, it was an overall good buying experience.

I had already dealt with two dealerships and had very bad experiences and I was fed up with being treated poorly and not getting straightforward honest help. She said that the car was still available and when I asked to talk to a sales person she said that she could help me with all my needs. We discussed the car in detail and she told me if I wanted to hold it until that following Monday so that I can use my own financing it would cost $500 and she would take care of it while I was working with the draft from my credit union. The next day I was admitted to the hospital in an emergency and she text me to see how I was and if I was ok and reassured me that the car was not going to be sold and that she would speak to me when I was feeling better. I got her all the information for the draft and she said that she would stay to finish the deal when I came in to get the car. I showed up at 6:30 and they closed at 7 and she was very helpful and so sweet. I told the finance team that they really have a gem of an employee and that I was so grateful to be treated so well. I would buy a car from them again for sure. Thank you for the great experience.
