My wife and I were able to test drive the car we were looking at right away. Aspen made the buying experience pleasant. I was looking at a couple other vehicles online with little information and Aspen got me a CarFax and saved me the trip across town. I never felt any pressure like you get from some other dealerships. Buying the vehicle here was a great experience from start to finish.

I have tried MULTIPLE times to resolve the issue with the original salesman. Most recently (2 weeks ago), I spoke to the GM of the store and have not yet received a response, AGAIN! I’ve purchased a vehicle every year since 2008. I purchased 3 of them from the same dealership in Indiana, because their customer service was so awesome. I will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from Bob Moore, and will not be referring them to anyone else either.
