He ensured the lights were fully working on our vehicle. I was truly impressed with his customer service and knowledge. I was having a hard time getting a headlight changed out by Firestone down the road and decided to try it myself. The you tube video and I couldn’t quite get aligned. Lol! I called your store back and Cooper answered. He said he would happily take a look at it and if he could help he would. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Auto Zone has made a lifetime customer because of Cooper. If you want great customer service by people that don’t make you feel like a dummy for not being able to fix pretty simple car issues - go see Cooper and his team off Main in Norman!!! Thank you Cooper!!!
