  Joshua was super helpful & got me in for an oil change & tire rotation within 45 minutes knowing I was rushing. We trust BP because they are honest, friendly, their prices are competitive. We definitely will let them service our vehicles.

  i’ve been to many places but this location has been the best place i’ve taken my car to! on top of really taking good care of my car they have phenomenal customer service very kind informative and helpful definitely recommend coming here they were very honest on what my car did and did not need which i truly appreciate

  Great customer service! I had several things done to my vehicle and they saved me money in every possible way they could for all the services I got. New brakes and rotors all around, shocks and struts, oil change, alignment, brake fluid flush, rack and pinions, power steering fluid changed, and a valve cover gasket replaced. My vehicle is older so yes it needed all of this. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and gave me options on the stuff I did need. Not to mention I walked in with no appointment, they got me right in and did all these services on my vehicle with no issues and got it all done in one day!

  Suddenly Single at 61 hits perfection again! Brakes Plus employees are AWESOME! They put everything on the table, explained the process I was facing with my truck, and made sure I wasn't going in over my head. Great shop, great people, easy access shop (from HWY 9, I35 and SE 12th), and a service you can rely upon for the remainder of your vehicle's life. They are more than just a brake shop!! Thanks so much, everyone!

  The Manager at this location, and the staff are awesome and will repair your car with care and integrity. To the regional manager CODY. I really wish you would have had the courage to ask me why, you might have actually understood my frustration. But I guess you thought it be easier to make Josh fire me this morning. All good I was on my way out the door, your lack of spine, to be the leader your paid to be, is part of the reasons why. Yall have a nice day.
