  I had went to two other competitors with no help and honestly they didn’t even know what I was talking about!! But Brian at the Newcastle store knows that place backwards and front!! He found my part and knew exactly why the old part had worn out square instead of round like the new rings were! Just a very knowledgeable and helpful crew here!! This is my new store!!

  The staff here was incredible , greeted me upon entry. They quickly asked what I needed , and then they found it for me and got me out of the store within a timely manner. So it's one of the better experiences I ever had going into this store.

  I needed to utilize the warranty on my battery- and Tommy H was very calming and told me not to worry. First he tested my battery. He looked up the purchase in the system and changed the battery out for me. Very friendly and great service!
