They did not repair my car properly and when I told them (the 2nd time I went to pick up) it needed to be fixed, the lady that does the estimates in the front office argued with me, was super rude & said I can’t expect it to be perfect and that’s as good as it’s going to get. Considering it looked the same as when I dropped it off, very frustrating. The manager later apologized and said that was not an accurate statement. I was finally able to pick my car up on the 3rd trip up there (after sitting out front for 15+ minutes waiting on the manager to do something so he could pull my car around after being told it was ready to go). Definitely not a good overall experience having to argue to get my car fixed properly. I do not recommend wasting your time with this shop.

The bumper came in damaged which was completely out of their control causing my car rental to be extended and they took care of it! My car came back cleaner than I left it with no signs of damage. Paint matched perfectly!!!! Thank you Collison Works!!!! You have a customer for life!!!!!
