  The cashier was on her phone texting or something the whole time she was checking everyone out. There are 2 diesal lanes not working. I asked the cashier about it and she said yeah other drivers have been having issues with it today. Why not put cones or cans in front of it instead of wasting our time thinking the pump will work then having to go around and get in line again. Terrible experience. I use to like this place. Idk what happened to it

  New employee fights with customers saying they didn't say this or that for their order. Instead of probably just asking again or fixing order. Insist customer is wrong.Disappointed, going to other locations.

  My sister and I stoped here to use the bathroom on our way back to tulsa. When we were done I wanted to look around, you can find the best lil nicknacks! (My husband use to be a traveling pipefitter/Ironworker so we traveled alot and the truck stops are my favorite!) While we were looking around a lady asked us if we were finding everything ok? I told her yes that we were looking for the flash lights because my husband is obsessed with flashlights! The last time we made a trip to muskogee, we stop at a different pilot and we had found a small flashlight! So I bought it and he is obsessed with it! So she pointed us in the right direction! We found them right away, I was so excited cuz I was going to get him a new different one! While we were looking she came over to make sure we found them! I thought to myself that was nice she made sure we found them! She walks away. As soon as she turns the corner another lady comes arond the corner to ask us if we found everything ok? We replied yes, thank you! (Now its becoming clear as to whats happening!) I bet you can guess what happened next! Yep! As soon as that one turns the corner the first lady (I thought was being so kind to us) came right back around that corner and asked us if we found whe we were looking for? I said yes then I was just telling her about the other one I had purchased for him previously. Well she took it as I was asking if they had it there and she was like no these are the only ones we have. I was like okkkk.What happened next is what really pissed me off though!!! Why did she just stand there watching us untill we left the isle and went to the counter to pay! Uuummmm excuse me ma'am Iam not here to steal shit! I was simply excited to purchase my husband and new flashlight and to use the damm bathroom! I have never felt so disrespected or so uncomfortable at a gas station in my life! I have purple hair and had sweats and a hoodies on its 35° outside today! THAT DOES NOT MEAN IAM THERE TO STEAL! PLEASE tell your worrker to do better I will never return to this location again! Iam sure lil ol me not returning will affect you or your business.But if they treat everybody like that, you won't have any business! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better polit! Your employees need better training at detecting and preventing theft! You got the wrong the wrong girl on the right day! I will aslo be calling your corporate/ boss sweetie! I hope you have a great day!
