I pulled into location and Josh went out and assessed the damaged and went into shop to get tools and got underneath the car removed it with a great attitude! His customer service and willingness to help the customer leads me to believe he will be extremely successful within Enterprise in future endeavors!

The other party was responsible for the rental car so everything went well until I had to return the car and was stuck with a $600+ balance for 5 days from enterprise. Let me Mention the fact that I went to Enterprise on my own to return the car prior to those 5 days and was told to keep the car as long as the insurance company was paying. And the nice young man who was assisting me assured me that the insurance company is still currently paying . When I went to return the vehicle yesterday evening, there was a $619.00 balance!!! The sad part is the only explanation I received is that the insurance agency was somehow able to go into the system yesterday morning and change the dates 🙄. I was told this is the 1st time they have had this happen. Legal action will be taken. Im not sure who is responsible but it’s not going to be me.
