I really liked the text updates throughout the repair. I picked up my car yesterday and noticed they even touched up my rock chips on the front of my car (totally unexpected)......a huge thank you to David and Ricky for going above and beyond!! Also, to Allison for the great customer service!! You guys rock!!!

My truck was badly damaged months ago, and due to insurance company miscommunication, it sat in disrepair for months until my insurance company enlisted the help of Gerber in Moore. Paige and her team got it transferred to them within about a business day, and kept up great communication all along the timeline of the repairs. I had an amazing experience, and my truck is practically brand new. I appreciate this team and company so much, and will come back in the future for any repairs or needs. Keep up the great work!

I had my baby with me and he happened to be asleep when we arrived for my estimate with Paige so I called and they were able to come out and help me so I didn’t have to wake him and bring him inside. 10/10 service and my car looked great when I got it back!
