During the fluid checks, it was discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely burned and needed replaced. This was an especially important find, because we had this vehicle serviced at the dealership not too long ago and supposedly those fluids were changed. Obviously not! Glad the service techs here were thorough.

Asst Manager Lucas greeted me and guided me into the bay; and right away the vibes were immaculate. My oil change was prompt, the conversation pleasant. Lucas refilled my fluids and aired my tires before I could even ask! (And I did, “already done,” he said.) He also offered to check out the AC filter. Let me tell ya, what a chore. The car is an EcoSport (if you know, you know) which made the whole process just that. A process. Tristan offered to help, and bless him, I know he regretted it. However, he kept a great attitude and stayed cracking jokes. He also laughed at all my jokes. So, he’s alright by me. 10/10 experience. Super glad I came here for my oil change. Also, shout out to the guys at Firestone for the recommendation. Much appreciated! <3
