I went to the location to pick up a car, which I reserved a day in advance, as my car was in the workshop for repairs. I was warmly greeted by Aspen and was introduced to Barrett who immediately took down the details and passed the documentation to Sam who in turn quickly took me to a car which was reserved for me. All this happened in 10 minutes tops. On returning the car today, I was again warmly greeted by Aspen who took in the car and evaluated the condition of the car. All this happened in 5 minutes!! Then I was given a ride to Norman by Aspen! I write this review as I was very impressed by the handling of the process- very friendly group, extremely professional and efficient and great team work!! What impressed me most is the dedication of this group towards the best customer experience. As I mentioned earlier, Aspen gave me a ride to Norman. We had a brief conversation and I was impressed to know that Aspen was the branch manager. Interestingly, she had a Masters in Business and was employed by Enterprise for the past two years. Aspen was so articulate and spoke very highly of Enterprise and one could judge the satisfaction she had working here and it showed!! She was very cordial and professional and that conversation made my day!! I highly recommend the Moore location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Aspen and her team will take very good care of you!! - DPDani PDec 6, 20251.0Wish I could give a zero. Semi hit me. Cars getting repaired. Semis insurance is paying for the rental. I was told to book a reservation and give them the insurance information at pick up and they rental will be paid for by semis insurance. I go to pick up the car. They want my information not the others. Apparently if you're getting a car through a insurance claim when your not at fault they at fault company has to book it. Its a Saturday the adjusters arent open. They dont care. Either I pay out of pocket or the insurance calls and books it or no car. This was not stated at any time during booking and no solutions provided. Enterprise has gone downhill since first opening and the lack of options or help or posting of policy has now left me stranded for at least a week.
