- RWRaven WilliamsDec 22, 20251.0As a car girl when I come in ,I know what I need.I know MY car it’s modded (not going into detail) but the battery I need isn’t “stock” when I give the direct battery model and cca they’re telling me my car does not take that battery even tho I’m repeating this is the battery I need over and over the battery has not been pulled off the shelf. I also called in ahead to make sure they had said battery so it could be a quick trip and got a quote (no point in that right) and arrived 10 minutes later and now apparently no one has picked up the phone in the last hour is what they say when I arrive…call the number I just called surprise it rings in the store. Guy says he was going by what the screens says I need not what I was saying ..did I come in asking for help or asking for a battery. When a guy comes in do you guys question everything he’s trying to buy or do you get him his supplies. (Update) the unhelpful employees name is Pablo who is less then happy with his job so much so his manger asked him to his face if he picked up my call and he said no lying to his manger for what reason I don’t know but that lie inconvenienced me.
