  Every single person that was helping me over the phone and in person were very polite. It was a stressful situation on my side with the incident and everyone at enterprise made this a smooth journey for me .

  I was having car trouble, and my kids suggested that I rent from them. Of course, the car was in the shop longer than they told me. Enterprise made it easy to extend my rental time. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from there again, preferably for a vacation, and not because I have 2 cars in the shop.

  I came to rent a car and there was a roughly 30 year old Hispanic man who smiles and nods his head in a condescending way a lot who was very arrogant and speaking poorly about women when I walked in. I started to rent a car and we got to a point where I needed to give my utility bills. I have never had to do this before so I was caught off guard. I called my neighbor to check my stack of mail and she was sending picture of things that were about a month or two old. Not only would he not accept that he wouldn’t accept my cox communication bill because there was a past due balance on my statement even though I called cox and they were able to email proof that my account was current. I showed him my bank statements with my address and more than enough money to rent a car in my account. I was even logging into my utility portals when he said in a really condescending way “we won’t be able to rent to you today” I’m assuming this is because I wasn’t doing things fast enough for him? I had showed him like 7 different pieces of mail w my adress ons them. Meanwhile he had some other male customer behind the counter with him. It’s was very rude. I left - drove to the Oklahoma City location on memorial and rented a car right away with no problem showing the same pieces of mail. I didn’t even need to show 7 pieces.. the first two were approved.

  I was in rural Oklahoma with two 15-passenger vans full of teenagers attending a youth camp. When the vans threw mechanical system faults, I was getting the runaround from Enterprise's support line, so I got in touch with this local branch. Dominick was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did he scour the state for potential replacement vans even though their weekend hours were coming to an end, he gave me his personal cell number and promised to be on call personally for any issues we encountered on the road home. That's what I call exemplary service and accountability. Give the guy a raise!
