When I got home immediately after, I noticed that my car was cleaner for sure, but none of the tougher smudges on the front of the car went away at all. I had to go over the edges of the windshield with a clean rag to actually get it completely clean. Any surfaces pointed away from the end of the tunnel (side mirrors, license plate) did not get a proper clean at all, either. Worst of all, I noticed some paint has chipped off from the hood. Though the person at the register was very kind, I'm very upset about the situation and regret having tried this car wash. I hope this review saves someone the same grief.
