The fact that u had to speak to 2 people who knew nothing about the product and continued to tell me false information. That’s why I had to request a representative who lived IN THE UNITED STATES. The first time I did, they hung up on me. The 2nd time the guy actually waited on hold until we got someone. This is where I verified the answers to my questions from the call center people in INdia were all wrong answers. Just train people better or hire in the states please. I spent nearly an hour getting argued with by some guy who I know “damn right” is. It named Jonathan or Timothy.
