- CNCarter NelsonJan 5, 20265.0My pickup broke down right on the edge of Oklahoma City on a Sunday and being from Minnesota and never been to Oklahoma I started to panic on what I’m going to do. I called Barnes and they said someone was 10 mins out. Not only did trevor show up before 10 mins he had the best attitude to make my day better, he helped me decide where I want to bring it to by showing me a bunch of options and giving his personal opinion about them. Being it’s a Sunday every where was closed so we dropped it at a shop and he helped me find a hotel for the night and was even able to arrange a ride for me to get to the shop the next day. 5 stars isn’t enough for Trevor and this company.

After a call to Barnes, they sent out Frank, who was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Frank was able to get my car hooked up and helped me diagnose the issue with my car once he dropped it off at my house. Big thanks to Barnes Wrecker, and especially to Frank!

Seems as how there wasn't a person in the car or a body in the trunk the police wouldn't help me. Long story short... Cody from Barnes Wrecker Service showed up. He was so polite and helpful and very fast! Thanks Cody and Barnes and the kind couple who called them for me. As for all of you heartless A"#HOLES that drove on by I can only hope you get a Cody when you need help. Don't loose faith in people yet everyone there are still some good ones out there.
