I stopped here about 30 minutes before the store closed. My windshield wipers were so bad. It was pouring down rain and I could not see to drive home. The young man working there was amazing. He never made me feel bad. As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me with a smile. He looked up what was needed, went to the shelves and grabbed the wipers. After I paid he went out into the rain and changed them for me. He joked, he smiled and was just amazing. Horace T. was the young man's name.

Staff is great. Forgot to charge my battery for 2 days straight but never had another problem with them. The 1 problem I have is with Autozone its self. 4 ignition coils for $350 is high way robbery. Screw the company not the workers. Horrible prices.

This AutoZone goes above and beyond—every time!
I recently had car trouble, and the team here went way out of their way to help me. It was hot outside, and after my car wouldn’t start, they used their personal vehicles—yes, their own cars—to try to give me a boost. It took three tries, but they didn’t give up until I was up and running again.
Every time I’ve gone to this location, the staff has gone the extra mile. One guy in particular is consistently helpful and kind, and that kind of dependable service means a lot to me.
There are other AutoZones closer to me, but I’ll gladly drive across town just to come to this one, because I know I’ll get the help I need. Highly recommend!

On July 19th i came in to use my warranty for my battery. When i walked i was welcomed by Kris. Kris offered to help me. Unfortunately my warranty had expired, so I didnt really have any other option than to buy a new one. In the process of making my purchase, I notified Kris of my tax exemption. Seeing that my exemption wasn't in the system at this location, he needed a manager to add my information. He notified Shannon, who he later told me was the store manager, who was finishing up helping a customer from a repair shop. After she got through with him, she walked up front to answer a phone call, then proceeded to help customers waiting in line, leaving Kris and I waiting for approx 10 mins. I asked Kris if there was someone else that could do it, which he told me that she was the only manager available at that time. After she was finished with her last customer, Shannon told me that she'd be with me in a minute and walked off. After nearly 15 mins of waiting, I was so frustrated that I left. I asked Kris how long it takes to add me into the computer, and he told me that it only takes a couple of minutes. I felt very disrespected and felt like Shannon's brushing me off was unprofessional on her part coming from a store manager. Kris on the other hand was very helpful."
Will be awhile before I return to that Autozone. Ended up going to O'Reilly's due to that bad service.
