I went by this morning before 9 o’clock. The gentleman that was working was holding his own. He safely directed me into the car wash and then helped me with anything I needed in order to detail the outside and inside of my vehicle. Even though he was doing it all and had little help, he still had a very good attitude.
The only thing I would say that needs to be better is when they first opened their window cleaner and their detail cleaner was much more potent. You can tell it has been watered down, after their grand opening, to save money.

Love the carwash here . It is high powered , gets your vehicle looking fresh . Plus they have monthly subscriptions starting as low as $16 which is what I use and it's one of th best investments I've made. Saves me so much money compared to paying per wash .
Also shout out to the staff I'd like to say that Mr. james here at take 5 car wash has the best customer service in caring for customers, going above and beyond to give you a manual rinse off by hand with a pre cleaning wash before you enter the carwash itself. Not only that but he comes out and engages with the customers, checking in , asking questions and his joyful spirit is contagious :) 10/10
I nominate Mr . James for employee of the month!
I paid $27 for a car wash and everything initially went fine. However, when I pulled around to use the vacuums, the one I parked at didn’t work, and neither did the ones on either side—there was no suction at all.
I went to ask for help and was told that only a couple of vacuums were working at the far end, and that I should move my car. Not only was this inconvenient after I had already emptied my car, but there were also no “Out of Order” signs on the broken machines—even though staff clearly knew they weren’t working.
When I expressed my frustration, the manager simply handed me a card and told me to leave a review on Google, which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
It’s disappointing that a business would charge customers full price while not maintaining essential equipment. In a rural area especially, reliability and customer service matter. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
