    From being a loyal member since day one of Take 5 opening in McAlester, it’s been nothing but a great experience, but lately that has drastically changed. Today’s visit 11-14-25. When your associate came up to my car, he didn’t like the placement of my fast pass sticker. Instead of explaining it in a nice way, he came off aggressive and shoved his hand in my car and ripped it off. Where did I give him consent to enter my car? Whether it was an arm or not, he had no right to put his hands in my car. His actions of ripping off could have damaged my window tint. I never have any issues until I come to the McAlester location from Muskogee, Broken Arrow, to Fort Smith , Arkansas. Zero issues from them. The associate also mentioned to me that he knows where I work and that he can come there and get my other fast pass sticker, or I can drop it off. Seems oddly weird to me to mention where I work and he can show up there and collect the fast pass sticker. Pretty unprofessional business practice. No worries, the sticker is in the trash.

    Take 5 mcalester audrie is the best!!! Take 5 Muskogee could learn from her, she’s always by herself and she never has a customer waiting. Take 5 Muskogee is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about the customers time at ALL
