  After having the vehicle for 2 days a local employee called me & told me to return the vehicle because it needed an oil change. It was the day after Christmas and I had just been in an accident in my own vehicle, it was a stressful time. I told the employee the oil life was at 95% & it didn't need an oil change. She said they don't go by that. One customer service agent from another country said i would be charged for not taking it back for the oil change. After talking to another customer service agent that spoke English, she said she was "blown away" at the things I was telling her & I would be "compensated" for the frustrations. I wasn't compensated but I wasn't charged for not bring it back early for the oil change either. If the vehichle needed an oil change it should have been done before it went out! I won't be going back to Enterprise that's for sure!

  Arrived 3 hrs early but was able to get me a car so I could be on my way. Staff was very friendly on both ends. No issues or complaints
