  One is too many stars. My husband sent me to pick up a car from them and the employee at the desk was so rude and made demeaning comments about my body. I told me I would be banned for asking the employee's name. Avoid at all costs.

  This Lawton group goes way above and beyond making any rental experience very pleasant. From beginning and picking up the rental to returning it. They were all so kind and professional. I'd recommend to anyone to use this group. Great car options as well.

  Booked a rental two days ago. Went into the location only to be informed they did not have any vehicles available. No call, no text, no email. I’ve used Enterprise at several locations across multiple states. To add insult to injury while I was standing there cancelling my reservation they began calling other customers to alert them that they were out of vehicles.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I handle accommodations and transportation all across the United States and rent vehicles constantly. The Enterprise location at the airport is sold out so we were instructed to book with the in town location. When I called the in town Enterprise I was shocked by how unaccommodating and unhelpful they were. We are coming in a little after 6pm. They close at 6 PM and were completely unwilling to stay even a minute late to help us pick up a car. I even offered compensation for their time and the manager claimed staying open even one minute past 6 PM would be “illegal”. Every possible compromise or solution I suggested was immediately shut down. Instead of trying to help they simply advised to get an Uber or Lyft and assumed that would be reliable. Whether rideshare is available or not is beside the point because the level of customer service here was incredibly disappointing. Rental companies especially Enterprise are usually known for being accommodating and willing to help travelers in situations like this. This location offered absolutely no solutions and essentially told us we were out of luck. When I spoke to the manager I was honestly baffled by how unwilling they were to help. For a company that depends on travelers and business rentals it was shocking to see such poor customer service and lack of effort. I strongly recommend renting from somewhere else.
