  I made the right choice with Safelite navigating through their system was easy the wait time not long at all. Technician was able to answer any of my questions and really made me feel good about the choice I made. I recommend you a safe flight. The mobile unit was an excellent Selling point that I didn’t have to take the car anywhere.

  I made the right choice using Safelite. It was easy to navigate through their website to get a quote set up an appointment. The technician was knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and made me feel good about the choice I made in using Safelite.

  This was plum ridiculous I have had nothing but great experiences with Safelite in the past at other locations but this one in Lawton, OK was unacceptable. First, we did everything online and all we needed was a back glass for a 2020 Tacoma nothing special but entered the vin selected everything, it would allow me went to do appointment and then wrong glass was ordered. Well, you would think after they would look at it and they would get the right one ordered well second one ordered was wrong glass and they only called the day of appointment when we live about 1 hr away and have to schedule time off for this. This happened one other time calling the day of then the last 2 time they actually called the day before the appointment. This was a complete waste of our time and cost of out of work and travel just because they can't order the right window. I do not recommend this Safelite to anyone.

  After finding myself in need of a replacement windshield the first jingle to take over was... "Satelite Repair... Safelite Replace. After being 10 minutes late for 4 hour window appointment, the tech, Justin, gets tight to work. 2 hours later (exactly what he said it would be) he let me know he was finished. I used multiple paymentmethods but ultimately I went to the ATM. Even with the remaining. amount in cash there were still payment issues. Issues that have cost me an extra $100 in unuthorized overcharges that has well make hundreds of my #x27;s unavailable to me for a week at this point. I reached out to the local office 4 times Customer Service twice a Nobody has called me back to resolve this time.

  I called because something hit my back windshield while I was driving and shattered it. I called Safelite, and the worker they sent had a broken vacuum. My girlfriend thought he said he'd try to "remove" the glass some other way. No, instead, he was using his machine to blow the glass out of my car and all over the front of my house. I now have tiny glass fragments in my grass, dirt, down my driveway. I had to move the car just to sweep out glass fragments underneath it! And there's still bits of glass in my car! Ridiculous! I called and complained, wanting at least a partial refund for having to clean up broken glass not only in my car still, but all over the front of my house! I was connected to the local owner instead of corporate. He tried to send the technician back out with a working vacuum, but I'd already swept up as best I could by then. The best he could do was a "discount" on future services. He then hung up on me without telling me a discount amount or any other detail. Going to the Burk family in Lawton, OK for my next windshield repair. Hopefully, I won't have to pay for my own time and labor there.
