  Just got my truck out of their shop. Still having issues .. with the truck there is a rattling noise I cannot identify guess I'll have to take it back and see what they think they did an alignment and the thing is running straight and true.. Gerber just called me said bring the truck back in they will make it right so I would definitely recommend this place

  Very good work on my vehicles. Good with the paintless dent repair. I recommend Collision works highly. *On maps it has the wrong name of Car Craft Auto Body*.

  PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE.. We took our car in for hail damage was given a 5500 estimate plus the 500 co pay (all this is through Geico, "Geico recommended company"). Cool no problem, so we set everything up and drop the car off. They told us it would take 5 days to fix, bare in mind we have a rental car that we only got for those 5 days. So 5 days comes and goes and no car, we call because they put info in with the insurance company that they have been communicating with us... very untrue!! They never called us once, not even to let us know it was going to take longer. Soooo 15 days later after calling over and over just to get the run around, the car is ready for pick up... We picked up the car today, they didnt fix the cracked windshield like they said they would from the hail damage (they tried to use filler and that didnt work so they're claiming it's from a "rock" now), the whole inside of the car around the doors and trunk have huge DEEP scratches/chunks down to the metal, the trunk doesn't open right now just makes a bunch of noise when you open and close it, the whole inside has tons of dirt and grime all over the ceiling, dash has huge scuffs, trim literally fell off the passenger side back door on the way home. They claim to "guarantee" there work but we showed them before we left only to get another BS story. So they dont guarantee anything!!! We're refilling a claim against the company as the customer service is not acceptable and there "guarantee is VOID", literally zero communication throughout this process, they plug BS in for the insurance company. They're more concerned about a payment than customer service. NEVER again, my 6500 check for my other vehicle will NOT be going to these thiefs/liars. I work hard for what I have! These people just take advantage of others by luring in customers with promises they dont hold up to. Take your own chance with this company if you want, I'm just trying to let other people know what this company is all about.

  They not only fixed my car in record timing, but they detailed my car for me inside and out! Wow! Was totally not expecting that, it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this place everyone I interacted with were wonderful, even the Enterprise employees.
