I have had the worst experience at this location. I drove 14 hrs from Atlanta, GA and rented with enterprise there. The car I was in broke down on me yesterday morning at the hotel I was at as I was getting ready to go to my daughter's military graduation. The hotel staff was nice enough to try to give me a jump start and it didn't work. I called Enterprise roadside. They told me I needed to stay with the car until tow truck arrives but I informed them that I didn't have time for that because I needed to get to my daughter's graduation. They told me to get the keys and take them to this location for exchange. Upon arriving with my two children, there were an older white gentleman and old black gentleman (his name Will) and there were two customers before me. When the older white gentleman assisted me, I explained to him issues with the vehicle and where it was then he stated he could not put me in another car until he lay eyes on the vehicle. I handed him the keys and said I did what I was told by roadside and that I didn't have time because of my daughter's graduation and by this time I'm getting upset because I got there around 8:50am by uber provided by roadside. My daughter's graduation started at 9am. After getting upset, the older black male name Will stood up and told me that they can refuse to service me and have me escorted off the property then he told me to sit down in front of my 16yr and 4yr children. I proceeded to stand because how dare you speak to me and refuse to service me for a vehicle I already paid for. The old white male proceeded to speak after Will threatened to refuse to service me by telling me he was going to look at the vehicle at the hotel only to lie to me. I went outside to make calls to file a complaint. By this time it is after 9:30 am, they were taking care of people who came in after me and they didn't care about me missing a graduation I drove 14 hrs for. I stood outside speak to my oldest daughter crying my heart out because I couldn't believe what was happening. I called customer service to file complaints after complaints and they were because agreeing with how I was being handled speaking to the first representative. My daughter who graduation is my youngest daughter then called me asking me where I was. I couldn't even get it out clear because I started crying again. The roadside tow truck called to confirm pickup of the car and I put him on speaker for the white older male employee to hear. Again, they still have not laid eyes on the broke down car but going to state protocol which I didn't care about and come to find out the vehicle was routed to be dropped off at another enterprise. By this time I was there an hour and maybe 30 mins. My time was wasted. I was taken care of after people came in after me. I was not accommodated properly. I missed my daughter's military graduation. One important milestone in her life. I was treated like I was there to steal a car in from of my children. I was treated like my current rental was possibly damaged or that they didn't believe me even after having keys in hand. This experience made me think about taking legal action because how can you refuse to service a customer who already paid their money on a broke down car and refusing me service meaning my children and I couldn't get back home to Georgia and couldn't afford to extend hotel and purposely made me miss daughter's military graduation. I couldn't even enjoy seeing her for the 30 minutes I had after finally getting the exchange rental car. You stole time and happiness that was supposed to be for my daughter. I didn't leave enterprise until after 10:25am. Will definitely needs to be fired. I got no apology at all. My tears didn't stop the whole entire day. My Soldier was looking for her mother and siblings to be at her graduation. I was up at 5am that morning filled with excitement and very proud. I didn't leave enterprise happy at all. I left crying trying to make it to my soldier in time before she left for AIT. I didn't have tears of joy. I had tears of heartache.

Reservation made and confirmed on November 10, even email almost daily since then. Confirmed. Today I went to get at noon as per reservation and guess what. No car. Was offered a smaller car or a van. Neither will work. Yesterday I had even called the Lawton cache rd branch and talked to a man who said his name was James. Said all good bring drivers license credit card I confirmed with and insurance card. This is past sad I had reservations for today until noon Wednesday would give a zero if I could

My experience at Enterprise in Lawton, Oklahoma, was very disappointing. From the beginning, I dealt with James at the front desk, who was consistently rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, while I was still speaking, he hung up the phone on me — both at the start and again at the end of my rental experience. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
At the beginning of my rental, James also attempted to charge me nearly $100 more than expected. Fortunately, the general manager, Kevin (I believe that’s his name), was professional and corrected the charge to $50. I appreciated his help, but the overall experience left me frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Don't rent from enterprise here. I would give less than 1 star if I could. I got charged over $500 for hail damage and they didn't go over it with me outside. I had the vehicle out of state btw and they assumed there was hail damage because it hailed in Lawton. I would tell my fellow military members to stay away.
