Didn't get much help while I was there. The man that was helping me wouldn't look at my face while talking to me and stared at my chest the entire time. This is not my first time being treated this way at this location. Another I brought my boyfriend with me and the worker was very aggressive with him. Not woman friendly.

If you have a hybrid, don't expect them to help you with anything. They wouldn't even test our 12v battery because, I quote "the high voltage system is dangerous." I didn't realize a 12v battery that is in every car is that dangerous.

One AutoZone employee in particular at this store turned me away completely from this store. I was going to this store several times a month since I do all my own car repairs and it's the closest auto store to me. From now on I will be going to the farther Cache AutoZone. Backstory: I called the store because a starter I bought 9 months ago was failing. The woman I talked to was friendly, looked up my order and told me it was under warranty and to bring in the old one for a swap. I bring it in later that day and one of the male employees looks up my order, says they don't have it in store and can't do a warranty swap with parts not carried instore. He then says he can test the starter to see if it's broken. He puts it in the tester with the gear face down and away from us. Runs the test, it does power on but the machine then ASKS if we saw the gear extended while turning. He opens it up while saying 'i couldn't see', adjusts it slightly and closes it to run the test again apparently. But then he doesn't run it again and just looks over at me and says the machine said it's fine sooo. I explain to him AGAIN that the issue isn't the starter turning on, it's that it turns on with a grinding noise and I don't think the gear extends to engage the flywheel everytime, only once every 4 or 5 times I start the car. He just hands it back to me and literally says "maybe it was just that one time it extended then". So I called the AutoZone on Cache and explain to him the starter extending issue, etc. He orders the part for me over the phone, I pick it up today and low and behold: it was the starter and my Jeep starts just fine now. That employee, whatever his name, is a liar, condesending, and unprofessional man.
