He asked for the car info, we gave it to him , he gave us items and we got home and filters were wrong ones. We had to drive back to exchange. Remi d you this was a promo, why the man that helped this time gave us a refund back for just the air filter. Which was like $17. we also returned this other screw back that was 7.49 before taxes. So they wanted me to pay another 12.50ish. So then I asked where the difference in my refund for the screw that cost me 749. I’m be short changed here for my credit. They are upset because I’m arguing my point. Manager comes over and says after I explain to him if what I’m wanting is him to give me every for free, so Now I’m pissed off cause no I’m NOT!! You just Ned to refund me the correct difference I said. So he proceeds to say so We’re sitting here arguing over $3 , so I got even madder and said I will argue Over a damn penny cause now you’re basically calling me a penny pincher when all I’m asking is for my money that I paid you. He ends up putting a credit but still not accepting it’s their error. Other guy that originally helped tried to say we told him it was for other car. What an idiot!! Just accept you charged us more than you said promo was for 39.99 and not $30 then he said Promo was $35 so You still charged more. Bad service and such idiots so watch your charges people when you go there..
