  I never have issues here and I come here every morning to get a French toast breakfast sandwich, my mornings are later than others because I don’t have to be at school till around 10, by that time the sandwiches aren’t fresh and there’s usually only one left if none and it’s not fresh and the bread is hard, this morning I went in like nothing different and I there was only one there and it was rock solid, when I asked the lady to make me a new one politely she grabbed the other one and told me that there was already one in there, I let her know that it wasn’t fresh and if I could please get a new one made and then the other woman in the kitchen told me that she could not make me a new sandwich, she claimed that if they make me a new sandwich that they will get introble for “building product”. I work in retail, when a customer wants something new or replaced because theirs is insufficient I make it happen. Not a way to treat customers in my opinion.

  Facility is clean but customer service is lacking. Several times I have come in and each time I have a different clerk that seems to be bothered to do their job. I inconvenienced them by coming up to the counter to pay for my gas or other items. I can’t remember the last time I have seen a smile from any of the workers or proper tone and verbiage when interacting with them. Not impressed with my experience with this location in Glenpool. I miss the old days when customer service was a top priority with businesses. The little things make a big difference like a simple smile.
