Employee put their Voltmeter on it and said it's OK ( I had just taken it off of the charger) Manager would not take my word that it has issues and he tells me that No Exchange . I went to Walmart and their employee put a Load Meter on the battery and said that it has issues . I bought a new Battery from Walmart. New Battery holds a charge and works as it should. I have shopped at this store ever since it opened, AutoZone Glenpool Store #6377 will never get another Dollar of mine . Root Cause is Poor Management.

He did an awesome job. After personally struggling to remove the terminals due to corrosion, Michael L came out and knew exactly what to do. He had the terminals removed and new battery installed in no time. He and I have tackled several jobs before. He helped remove safety screws to replace a taillight in a different vehicle previously...can't say enough about Michael L! The manager on duty was very helpful and knew her stuff! The people that work here are high quality! I picked up a couple things just because their customer service was awesome!
