  Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. Derric worked his tail off to clean and replace batteries. Will go to this store for any auto need.

  Returned a Duralast Battery that was less than a year old, battery would not hold a charge. Employee put their Voltmeter on it and said it's OK ( I had just taken it off of the charger) Manager would not take my word that it has issues and he tells me that No Exchange . I went to Walmart and their employee put a Load Meter on the battery and said that it has issues . I bought a new Battery from Walmart. New Battery holds a charge and works as it should. I have shopped at this store ever since it opened, AutoZone Glenpool Store #6377 will never get another Dollar of mine . Root Cause is Poor Management.

  I went in to have my battery checked. It was found to be bad. The battery was within warranty and then replaced hassle free. The battery was replaced by Michael L! He did an awesome job. After personally struggling to remove the terminals due to corrosion, Michael L came out and knew exactly what to do. He had the terminals removed and new battery installed in no time. He and I have tackled several jobs before. He helped remove safety screws to replace a taillight in a different vehicle previously...can't say enough about Michael L! The manager on duty was very helpful and knew her stuff! The people that work here are high quality! I picked up a couple things just because their customer service was awesome!
