- HNHao NguyenAug 10, 20231.0Unbelievably poor customer service. I went into this Sinclair station around 9:15 AM on August 9, 23 to get a cup of coffee. There was no coffee pot at the machine. A worker came out from the back while talking on his phone. I got his attention to ask if there's coffee. He motioned and whispered that he's washing the pot. So I figured ok...he's on an urgent call, give him a minute. So I waited a minute and saw no attempt to provide customer service or clean the pot. He's still yapping away on the phone. So I left. As I got in my car, he came outside and lit up a cigarette. I find it extremely hard to believe he would clean the pot during morning hours when customers want coffee. And I find it even more difficult to believe that the store only has one coffee pot. I conclude that he's lazy, not doing his job, getting paid to blow off customers and take cigarette breaks.
