  We got the max car wash. You could get the one for $25 that said the ultimate and our windshield still has dirt and bird poop on it which was fresh and the doors still had dirt on them. It did not wash it off. I will give it that it rinsed it. but no more than what a hose in your yard would do so for $25. We definitely were not impressed. So we went around the corner to the car wash that has the old wand still and we paid like three dollars and did a better job!

  First, let me say my car was not that dirty. Few bird droppings, your usual road grime. My Prius does not go off road, or even gravel roads. But if I pay $20, there shouldn't be any road grime left on the back or bugs on the front. But I guess that's what I get for not just going to Holding's and washing it myself. Most importantly, if I say no to the app and "club membership", take the no. I get you have a job to do, but just ask once. Twice I get for the boss over your shoulder. But three times is too much. Four times is down right disrespectful. I said no. Good job, I will not come back.

  First time experience at Tommy's. Visiting from out of state, stopped in because I caught a lot of bugs while traveling. After wash came out with quite a few bugs & dirt still caked to hood and front grill and headlights -- that can be expected. However, I was really disappointed when it came to the Floor Mat "Washing & Drying" machine. Our mats came out SOAKING wet. I went back through the line and talked to the cashier who let us go back thru the wash - however the cashier explained their machine does NOT dry and you have to run it thru a second time with water OFF to wring it out.... this would be better managed with a sign explaining this. I explained to her that the machine is misleading considering it does say it will dry. However, even with following the cashiers instruction our floor mats were still soaking wet. Not thrilled with first experience at Tommy's, but did get my car washed and turned out pretty good after second run.

  Wouldn’t recommend, there’s scratched all over my car and on my windshield 👎🏼

  If you have a lip over the rear window of your SUV the wash won't get this area clean. I often go through the wash twice and it still leaves dirt on the window. Drying rarely get this area dry and water and dirt mingle and stick to the back window.
