    Don't ever lose a rental key and have your car parked at an airport the tow fees and a new key to be made are expensive and they do not have extra keys which is extremely inconvenient. Very disappointed.

    I know this is Enterpise but i want to give a Shout out to Hertz Rental in Enid! They got us in to a rental vehicle when Enterprise turned us away! I had originally made a reservation at Enterprise a week ago and was due to pick it up today. Well the “manager” decided to call 10 minutes before pick up saying they had no vehicles available. I went to their office anyway and ironically there were 3 other customers who had vehicles given to them and on their ways. I guess they get to pick and choose who gets a rental and who doesn’t. When we asked the “manager” what happened to our reservation we were basically told the other customers beat us to the reservation as they are not 100 percent guaranteed and that’s why they don’t ask for money down? Which is crazy to me because you would assume they knew at 5pm the previous day, whether or not they had enough vehicles to accommodate the customers that had reservations for the following morning. I am curious as to whose responsibility it is to make sure each customer that makes a reservation has a vehicle they need. 😅 Obviously we were frustrated because who wouldnt be? Well due to my frustrations the manager decided to “cancel” my reservation and told me to go to Hertz. Needless to say we did in fact go to Hertz. And while we are having to wait an hour longer to hit the road- they had a vehicle and all he needed to do to get it ready for us was detail it. And did I mention it’s $50 cheaper than Enterprise? Happy Thursday!
