I am fleet mechanic and I get my dealer parts from these guys I cant say anything about the techs I dont have any experience with them but they lady at the parts counter has always done me right so I can thank you for that. And on the Upside its nice to see a dealer shop that's willing to help out fleet and independent mechanics.
